    Valid 1 January 2012 – 30 September 2012:
    R 325 per person, per night, SHARING – includes breakfast.
    R 450 per SINGLE, per night – includes breakfast.

    Valid 1 October 2012 – 30 April 2013:
    R 425 per person, per night, SHARING – includes breakfast.
    R 550 per SINGLE, per night – includes breakfast.

    Long-stay bookings:  rate available on request.

  • Terms & Conditions

    • Check in time is 14h00.
    • Check out time is 10h00.
    • Belmont House does not have a 24-hour reception, so please notify us of your estimated arrival time.
    • Provisional bookings can only be held for 48 hours before being released.
    • 50% deposit secures / confirms the reservation.
    • Balance of payment is due on check-in.
    • Children are welcome.
    • Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
    • Rates are inclusive of 14% VAT.

  • Cancellation policy

    0 – 7 days prior to arrival = deposit is non-refundable.

    8 – 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of deposit is refunded.

    15 – 30 days prior to arrival = 25% of deposit is refunded.

    Waiver of this cancellation policy is at the discretion of the owners.
